I was seeking a 'kick start' for the New Year as during lockdown I had put on 8lbs. I was already overweight so I was feeling really low in mood and my weight gain was affecting my confidence. I started working with Rosie on January 4th and in just 59 days I have lost eleven pounds, or nearly a stone. I love the slow and steady weight loss and I am confident that I can now sustain it independently.

 

I have learned a lot from my weekly consultations with Rosie, it isn't just about losing weight, it's about understanding nutrition much better and actively engaging in mindfulness about what I choose to eat.
